IR1000-HC1 Single Infrared Sauna

Heating system: Infrared

A one-person cabin with a 90cm square footprint — small enough to fit an alcove, a landing or the end of a bedroom, and still be a proper sauna rather than a compromise. If the household is one or two people and nobody needs a shared session, this is the sensible size.

This is an infrared cabin, not a hot-stone sauna. Four dimmable emitters warm the body directly rather than heating the air, so the room reaches a comfortable working temperature quickly and stays far cooler than a traditional Finnish sauna while still drawing a steady sweat. For a single user that matters: you are close to the emitters, so you feel the effect almost immediately rather than waiting for a whole room to come up to heat.

Two emitter specifications:

Full Spectrum — short, medium and long wavelengths from one emitter set
Duo — full spectrum plus switchable Incoloy IR-C, so you can change the character of the heat between sessions

Delivery and installation

Most saunas arrive within 7-10 working days. In busy periods, up to 28 days. We will confirm your date when you order.

Installation is optional and chargeable: £299 for this size of infrared sauna (up to 3 people), carried out by our own team. It is not included in the sauna price.

Installation prices exclude crane and lifting equipment, electrical work and any other specialist equipment or site preparation. If you need any of these, we will quote them separately.

Add installation – £299

For indoor installations all cutting is done outside as standard, so dust stays out of the room. Email info@medi-spa.co.uk with the doorway and room measurements and we will confirm access before you order.

All prices include VAT.
