Key Terms
- Minimum term
- 12 months, then rolling monthly. Cancel anytime after the initial term with 30 days' notice.
- Eligibility
- All plans require a brief eligibility check before activation. We cover domestic hot tubs and swim spas in a serviceable condition within our standard service area.
- Not insurance
- Memberships cover labour, call-outs, and scheduled servicing as described. They are not insurance products.
- Standard exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse or accidental impact; neglect or water chemistry mismanagement; access restrictions or electrical non-compliance; relocations, crane lifts, and major structural upgrades.
- Fair use
- Unlimited call-outs and included chemicals on the Concierge plan are subject to a fair-use policy.
- Allowances
- Complete plan allowances (£500 parts, £100 chemicals) are applied against invoiced costs during the plan year. Unused balance does not carry forward.
