Infrared heating works by warming the body directly using infrared wavelengths, at cabin temperatures of around 45–55°C. This is meaningfully different from a traditional sauna's high ambient air temperature — the warmth penetrates tissue at temperatures that feel comfortable and sustainable for daily use. What is the IR2910 best suited to?
Solo daily infrared use in a domestic space where footprint and budget are primary considerations. If you plan to use it as a couple regularly, we recommend looking at the IR2130 or IR2120 — both offer a two to three person capacity at a modest step up in price.

Is installation straightforward?
Yes — our own team handles delivery and installation. Infrared cabins typically require a standard 13A or 16A supply; we confirm the specifics at the pre-installation assessment.*
