Full-spectrum infrared means the heaters cover near, mid and far infrared wavelengths simultaneously — the complete range, rather than a single band. 21-year emitter guarantee on the infrared panels — a specification that reflects the quality of the components rather than the warranty language alone. At 45–55°C, sessions are comfortable for extended use and easy to build into a daily routine.

What does the 21-year emitter guarantee mean in practice?
The infrared emitters in the IR4170 are guaranteed for 21 years — significantly longer than the 2–5 year emitter warranties common on lower-specification cabins. It is a meaningful indicator of the quality of the heating components, not just of the warranty terms.

What is the difference between the IR4170 and the IR2120?
Both are full-spectrum infrared in Canadian Red Cedar. The IR4170 seats four; the IR2120 seats two. The principle and specification are the same; the IR4170 is the family-scale version.

What electrical supply is needed?
A dedicated 16A or 32A supply is standard for a four-person infrared cabin. We confirm the exact requirement at the pre-installation assessment.*
