BS2000CBT Traditional Sauna Cabin

A two-person Finnish sauna cabin in White Cedar with an 8mm tempered glass door. Compact, clean-lined and designed for people who want a genuine hot-stone sauna without giving over a large part of the room or garden to it.

The same shell is available as an infrared cabin — the IR2000CB. Identical footprint, identical build; the difference is entirely how it heats. If you are undecided, that is the real choice to make, and we will talk you through it.

How it heats

This is a traditional hot-stone sauna. A 6kW heater, included as standard, brings a bed of stones up to temperature, and the stones then radiate deep, dry heat through the cabin. Ladle water across them and the humidity lifts sharply for a minute or two — the löyly that gives Finnish heat its particular depth, and the part of the ritual no low-temperature format reproduces.

That is a fundamentally different experience from infrared, which warms the body directly at much lower air temperatures. This is the traditional format: genuinely hot, dry unless you add water, and short by nature. Higher-output heaters are available as a priced upgrade.

Why White Cedar

White Cedar is pale, even-grained and dimensionally stable — it holds its shape through the wet-dry cycling a sauna puts timber through, and gives a brighter, more contemporary interior than the darker red cedars.

Delivery and installation

Delivered and professionally installed across the UK by our own team, with a full handover so you are confident running it from the first session. For indoor installations all cutting is done outside as standard, so dust and debris stay out of the room.
