Delivery is free across the UK mainland. Most saunas arrive within 7-10 working days, and up to 28 days in busy periods. Hot tubs, swim spas and ice baths are scheduled for a date that suits you. Recovery products and accessories usually arrive within 3-7 working days. We'll confirm your date when you order. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and EU delivery is by quote, depending on your location.

Yes. Professional installation by our own team is available on hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and ice baths. Installation is chargeable and booked separately. See our installation prices on the Support & Care page, or WhatsApp us for a quote.

Every Medi-Spa product comes with written warranty cover. Indoor infrared saunas carry a lifetime guarantee. Outdoor, traditional and combination saunas carry a lifetime structural guarantee plus 2 years electrical. Hot tubs and swim spas carry 10 years structural, 5 years acrylic and 2 years equipment.
